| Request Return Authorization | ||

We are happy to accept returns for anything we sell within 30 days of purchase*. To send an order or part of an order back to ExploraStore.com, you MUST request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) through our site. Once we have received and processed your RMA request, we will send you instructions via email on how to return the unit to us. RMA#'s are required for all returns. Packages that do not display a
valid RMA# on the outside of the return container will be refused upon
delivery. Please click on the reason for your return to request an RMA#: If you have already received your RMA#, and would like
to review return instructions, click here.
A note on replacement items: Order processing regulations state that we can only ship one product per charge. Therefore, either we need to receive the initial item back before we ship the replacement product, or we can re-order, re-charge, and re-ship the replacement product and then issue a credit upon the initial product's return.
