you may have about placing your order and our shipping policies and rates.
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your order
and that your packages arrive reliably. We want to make it fun, easy and
convenient for you to shop at our site. You can not only enjoy the convenience
of shopping via the Internet, but you will also find our prices to be
fair and competitive. What if I'm not satisfied with my order? What if something I order is out of stock? When do you ship my package? Do you ship to International Destinations? See our warranty information page for more information. What if something I order is out of stock? If any item you order is out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as it is available. Your credit card will not be charged until that item is shipped. If there is a delay of 2 weeks or longer, we will notify you. When do you ship my package? Our goal is to ship your package within one business day from the date you place the order, but on occasion it sometimes can take two business days. Orders placed after business hours on Friday and during the weekend are considered Monday orders. Do you ship to International Destinations? ExploraStore.com will ship to Canada, but additional shipping charges will apply. Sorry, but we do not ship to other international destinations. Do you provide shipping options? Currently, we offer the following 3 levels of service to addresses within the Continental United States:
For Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, all packages will be sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, standard rates will apply. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, UPS 2 Day Air shipping service is available. We ask that you contact us by e-mail to find out what the charge will be and we will provide you with a quote. Please be sure to reference the product number and description of the merchandise. When will my package arrive? Shipping times will vary, but once your package has left our warehouse you can expect to receive it approximately:
Can my package be Tracked? Upon receiving your order, ExploraStore.com will E-Mail confirmation that your package was sent. If sent via UPS, we will provide you with a Tracking code. You may check the status of your package by calling UPS at (800) PICK-UPS or by going directly to the UPS Web Site Can I ship parts of my order to more than one address? No. You may only ship to one address per order. To send to multiple addresses, we ask that you place an order for each address.
